Open Source Online Store
VoipNow Automation Online Store is accompanied by the Customer Portal. Both are easy to integrate with the company's existing website and can be customized by the Service Provider by simply editing the HTML templates. PHP code is also available.
Automatic Payments
Once the customer selects your services, he or she purchases them online with a credit card or using Paypal. The API allows you to build a payment processing module when your preferred payment gateway is not supported. This service can also be performed by 4PSA technical services team.
Automatic Provisioning
Once the order is placed, the customer can easily schedule it for provisioning with a mouse click (the automatic provisioning approval option is also available). VoipNow Automation provisions the service and sends an email to the customer containing the details necessary to access the new services.
Invoicing and Recurring Billing
The system sends invoices to your customers and tries to process payments according to their subscriptions. If something happens and the invoice is not paid, the customer is notified to pay his or her bills. The Service Provider also receives a notification in such cases.
Account Suspension and Termination
VoipNow Automation tracks all invoices and suspends services for customers with due invoices above a predefined threshold. When the customer brings his or her account to good standing, services are resumed automatically. Service termination is also available as an option when the customer fails to pay his or her bills for several days.
