Free Add-on for Microsoft Windows VoipNow Desktop is a software suite for Microsoft Windows operating systems that consists of different applications designed to integrate VoipNow Professional's PBX features with desktop and web applications. The software is available free of charge for any VoipNow Professional end-user. Service providers are allowed to distribute the software to their VoipNow Professional customers at no cost. In order to install the software you must download and execute the installer.The software is compatible with Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

VoipNow Desktop is a bundle of the following three applications:

	Browser plugins for Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox that enable click to call functions in any web page visited by VoipNow Professional customers. Works with AJAX websites and provides integration with virtually any web based application on the market!
	VoipNow Caller is a tray application that displays a notification alert when an incoming call is coming. The application remembers call history and can be used to dial any phone number in seconds directly from Microsoft Windows. It also features a Microsoft Outlook add-on that enables click to call on Outlook agenda.
	VoipNow TAPI driver for Microsoft Windows provides basic TAPI functionality that can be used by any Windows telephone enabled software. Usually, these features are used to dial phone numbers from applications or to monitor phone lines.

How Can I Use VoipNow Desktop?

• No ERP or CRM application must be modified in order to allow click to call on customer phone numbers
• Any phone number displayed on a website can be called just by clicking on it
